Purpose of Project:

The QIROS website is for Office of the Inspector General (OIG) sponsors to view, print or download Quality Indicator/Quality Measure (QI/QM) reports relating to their appointed corporations. These QI/QM reports are based on MDS data submitted by facilities to their state agencies.
